Driedex is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or delivery service providers.
Due to the nature of food products, Driedex follows a No Refund and No Return Policy. Once an order is placed and payment is completed:
In case of wrong product delivery or product damaged during delivery, customers may contact Driedex within 48 hours of delivery with Order ID, product photos/videos, and delivery proof. Requests will be reviewed and handled at the discretion of Driedex.
Driedex follows a No Cancellation Policy. Orders cannot be cancelled after successful order placement. Once payment is completed, processing and packaging may begin immediately.
All content available on the website, including the Driedex brand name, logo, product images, descriptions, designs, graphics, text, layout, and website content, belongs to Driedex and cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.
The website may use or link to third-party services including payment gateways, courier partners, analytics tools, or service providers. Driedex is not responsible for the content, security, performance, availability, or policies of third-party platforms.
Driedex shall not be responsible for indirect losses, business losses, delivery delays, loss of data, misuse of products, payment gateway issues, courier issues, or problems caused by external services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
