- Products means dehydrated fruits, powders, ladoo, pickles, and other food products sold by Driedex.

- Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

- Driedex does not store complete card, UPI, banking, or payment credential details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service availability, location, weather conditions, holidays, operational delays, and circumstances beyond our control.
Driedex is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or delivery service providers.
7. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of food products, Driedex follows a No Refund and No Return Policy. Once an order is placed and payment is completed:
- Refunds will not be provided.
- Orders cannot be returned.
- Product exchanges are not available.
In case of wrong product delivery or product damaged during delivery, customers may contact Driedex within 48 hours of delivery with Order ID, product photos/videos, and delivery proof. Requests will be reviewed and handled at the discretion of Driedex.
8. Cancellation Policy
Driedex follows a No Cancellation Policy. Orders cannot be cancelled after successful order placement. Once payment is completed, processing and packaging may begin immediately.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the website, including the Driedex brand name, logo, product images, descriptions, designs, graphics, text, layout, and website content, belongs to Driedex and cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.
